Basically we talk with your cars computer to discover the fault which is causing your breakdown or component failure.

The on board system of your vehicle records and monitors important data parameters on how your car or truck should be operating under normal conditions. When one of the many thousands of components registers a value that is outside known normal operating parameters, it then sends that information to the ECM or engine control module. If it is a volatile engine, transmission, 4X4, ABS, or drive train component it will often times trigger a check engine light, warning indicator, service message or trouble code, and will even force the engine into reduced power or limp mode to protect itself in some driving situations.
