Our 36 month 24,000 mile parts replacement warranty and labor guarantee is included on all recommended repairs. Most of our parts come with a lifetime parts replacement warranty but some have a shorter coverage like brake pads, and wheel bearings as wear and tear contribute to the need for frequent replacement of these components. We also include a 180 day 100% mechanical guarantee, which means if anything goes wrong with the components we replaced within the first 180 days we will cover the entire replacement of the part or parts at our cost with no out of pocket costs to you. Our Lifetime parts replacement and 3 year parts replacement warranties cover 100% of the cost of the replacement part, you only pay for service not parts. Our labor guarantee ensures you peace of mind as it guarantees the labor was done 100% right, and if it was not, we will mend it at our cost. We do sell an extended warranty for $200 that covers 100% of the cost labor and 100% of the cost of parts, and 100% of the service call in the event of a parts malfunction in our service area for 5 years and 60,000 miles. If you are from out of town we are able to work with your local auto parts store to get you a warranty replacement part, although if you are out of our area we will not be able to provide the labor. There is a 20% service charge on any pre-ordered, returned or refunded parts that were not installed or returned to our distributor as shipping and handling costs are involved.
